With over 20 years of experience in fintech, investments, and software development, this individual began their career as a quant, designing and implementing trading strategies for global financial markets.

Currently, they are employed as a software engineer at Alfa-Bank, one of the largest private banks in Eastern Europe, serving 30 million clients. They are responsible for developing the bank's mobile application for private users, which has been recognized as the best in Russia by independent rating agencies for the last three years.

They lead the backend development for a high-load distributed system consisting of over 400 microservices. A key project under their leadership is the "Family Bank" product, where they significantly overhauled the architecture, improving the service throughput by 100x to handle thousands of requests per second (RPS), ranking it among the top 10 most high-performance microservices in Alfa Mobile.

Additionally, they serve as the technical lead for upgrading Ansible across the bank's infrastructure. They work with Java and Kotlin, utilizing technologies such as Spring, Redis, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Reactive, Kotlin Coroutines, and Ansible. Their team follows an infrastructure-as-code approach, with no dedicated DevOps engineersā€”development team members handle all operations.
