played a crucial role in developing their technical infrastructure
from the ground up.

Paul currently serves as the CTO for several innovative startups in
industries ranging from HoReCa marketplaces to mobile car wash
services and credit card refinancing. Despite turning down accelerator
offers due to unfavorable terms, one of the projects he co-founded has
secured significant investments, with companies registered in the USA
and Kazakhstan.

In each of these companies, Paul was instrumental in devising and
implementing all architectural and technical solutions, including
unique innovations. His leadership ensured the creation of
comprehensive technical infrastructures where none previously existed.

In addition to his impressive professional achievements, Paul has also
demonstrated a commitment to education and innovation. While on a
business trip in Kazakhstan, he was invited by the head of the
region’s education department to organize a national hackathon on AI.
Paul played a key role in the event, developing the lecture program,
inviting experts, creating tasks, and setting evaluation criteria. He
was also appointed as the chairman of the jury.
