Vasily Kolosov is a product-oriented Chief Technology Officer with over 12 years of experience. He currently serves as the CTO at IQPlug, an AI integration platform for software vendors and enterprise companies, and as the CTO at Loovatech, a custom software development company.
Throughout his career, Vasily has launched several succesful tech products. He is responsible for the development of Picvario, a Digital Asset Management software for news media, sports teams, and PR departments, which became the leader in this segment in the CIS region. This AI-enabled digital content management platform provides extensive search and sharing capabilities, making navigating media libraries with millions of assets a breeze. It is now used by companies such as Sber, RBC Group, Spartak FC, Dinamo FC, EVRAZ, Polymental, Severstal, Rosatom, Championat.com, and HSE University.
Other notable projects developed by Vasily include Riskhunter, a risk management software for manufacturing facilities used at KDV Group, a major snacks manufacturer with over 17,000 employees, and the SPK Nano portal that allowed for the fully digital transformation of the qualification assessment process for high-skilled workers in the nanoindustry.
His work on the project "Kukhnya" ("Kitchen") for Red Media (part of Gazprom Media Group) was awarded Bronze by Tagline Awards in the "Best website for news media" category. He has also received an award for his significant contribution to the production of the 2014 Sochi Olympic and Paralympic Games while working as a lead engineer in the visual effects department at Ceremonies Staging Agency in 2014.
